Exubrion Therapeutics is pleased to offer a rebate of $250 for every joint treated with Synovetin OA® between September 1 and December 31, 2025.
This rebate is available to U.S. residents only and requires submission of treatment documentation, owner information, and video content showcasing your dog’s journey.
Step 1
Record your dog’s before video and have your dog treated with Synovetin OA® between September 1 and December 31, 2025.
Step 2
After noticing visible improvement (typically 3–4 weeks post-treatment), record an after video and upload both videos & treatment receipt, and complete the form.
Step 3
Receive your rebate check by mail within 4–6 weeks after verification.

Video Requirements
To help us share real success stories, submitted videos must meet the following guidelines:
- Length: Minimum 10 seconds
- Lighting: Dog must be clearly visible in good lighting
- Orientation: Vertical format preferred
- Quality: Minimum resolution 720p (HD)
- Content: Show your dog moving naturally before and after treatment
(walking, trotting, playing, etc.) - Format: Accepted file types: .mp4, .mov,

Synovetin OA
Terms & Conditions / Media Release
- Rebate amount: $250 per Synovetin OA® treated joint.
- Valid for treatments administered between September 1 and December 31, 2025.
- U.S. residents only.
- Cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or rebate programs.
- Submission must include: customer information, treatment receipt, and qualifying before AND after video(s).
- Media Release: By submitting materials and checking the media release box, you grant Exubrion Therapeutics permission to use your video(s) and story for marketing and educational purposes.
- Processing: Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of rebate checks.
- Subject to all applicable local laws; void where prohibited or restricted.
- Rebates not cashed or redeemed within the check validity period will be forfeited.
- Program may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.
- Exubrion Therapeutics is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected submissions.
- For dogs treated between September 1–16, if a before video isn’t available, a written testimonial may be submitted.
Submissions may be audited. Fraudulent claims (e.g., altered receipts) will be rejected and may result in legal action. Exubrion Therapeutics reserves the right to deny claims not meeting the stated requirements. For assistance, please contact rebates@exubrion.com.
I grant to Exubrion Therapeutics the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use at will any written quote and provided photography/video in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material in any combination, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if she so chooses.
I release and discharge Exubrion Therapeutics from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of my words, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Exubrion Therapeutics. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
